Why do it?

In most groups or corporate environments, we hardly ever get to know our colleagues beyond the roles and responsibilities demanded by the workplace or job description. Authentic success in any environment however, is based on relational significance beyond these roles and responsibilities. As such, an appropriate relational connectedness is the beginning of a more conducive culture of coherence and solidarity within any team or workplace.
